In collaboration with Avalon Master Builder, our inaugural real estate development fund—KV RE Equity Partners Fund I—will be participating in the development, construction, and sale of 412 net zero ready stacked townhome units completed over 4 developments located in Calgary and Cochrane. With the first phase of units expected to be completed as early as 2025, these townhomes combine Avalon’s award-winning design and build quality with the affordable pricing necessary to help address the growing housing supply challenges faced by Calgarians.

We are excited to partner alongside Avalon Master Builder and the company’s CEO, Ryan Scott, in the pursuit of this project.
